* Office supplies - take inventory, order items

* OSHA files - maintain injury log

* Payroll - enter & submit weekly, Microsoft Excel

* Personnel files - maintain paperwork, Microsoft Excel

* Personnel Lists - update & distribute, Microsoft Excel

* Pop machine - fill, gather money, take inventory, order pop

* Printed materials - get quotes, order items

* Production orders - enter, check, print, distribute, make folders, Microsoft Excel
