The Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce has named Maria Salinas its new president and chief executive, making her the first female leader in the organization's history.
Salinas will begin work Aug. 1. She is replacing Gary Toebben, who will retire July 1 after leading the chamber for 12 years. READ MORE AT L.A. BIZ
