The new show WOON Radio 1240 AM, which debuted last month, is scheduled to air every Friday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Radio host Victor Ramos said the show will allow Latino Rhode Island residents to discuss current issues, promote services and send messages across the airwaves.
Ramos said between discussions listeners will have the chance to hear such diverse music as salsa from Celia Cruz and country from Toby Keith.
He said the show could be heard from Woonsocket to parts of Southern Massachusetts. READ FULL STORY
