Pilsen-based nonprofit, Economic Strategies Development Corporation (ESDC) known for small business development, continues to partner with companies and community organizations to distribute prepackaged fresh produce and non-perishable goods to hundreds of families in Chicago and other neighborhoods through its Emergency Free Food Distribution Drive program.
With a disproportionate impact of COVID-19 in communities of color, loss of income, and demand from food banks and pantries, now is the time to make a difference. By corporations and individuals contributing money or goods to this drive, each generous donation helps ESDC continue working with local distributors to secure and give away large amounts of produce and food below retail cost.

Distribution: Saturday, June 13, 2020 - 10 a.m. until all food runs out
Discount Mall Parking Lot - 3115 W. 26th St., Chicago, IL 60623
Drive-thru event. Volunteers to unload and place into individual cars as they pull up to the Discount Mall parking lot.
