The eight-year old company uses an ensemble approach to create performances based on autobiographical experiences and true-life stories. The all-women ensemble builds shows as a collective, develops single author plays, incubates solo performances from the workshop stage to full production, and actively tours shows to universities and theatrical venues. To date, Teatro Luna has created and produced six original ensemble-based performances; two collections of short solo plays; and two single author plays.
