Would you like to experience the FUERTE boot camp that already changed the lives of 10 young Latinas this year? Well all you have to do is email Luzcaninobaker@me.com and you can. We will be working out, so wear workout clothes, and come prepared to learn a core success skill you can use in the workplace, and then meet some of the girls who graduated from the program in June.
FUERTE is a cohort based program that runs for 10 Saturdays in a row, providing success skills, healthy living skills and practices, and lots of fun through experiential learning. Last year we did the Amazing Race to learn about working with a partner under stressful conditions.
