She has also been a Family Systems Therapist, was Head of Prevention for the American Heart Association of Metropolitan Chicago and is a co-founder of the Wellness Council of Illinois. She has spent the last 20 years as a Health Educator with a focus on raising the consciousness of families in local communities about their health.Dr. Mark Bornstein, MBA, Psy.D., is a clinical psychologist in Lincolnshire. He treats adults with anxiety and depression and also works in several hospitals with patients with severe physical ailments. Dr. Bornstein recognizes the critical role of proper nutrition in both physical and mental health. He is also the author of Getting Back To The Game: Ten Steps To A Winning Relationship.Tammi Bornstein, RN, JD. As a healthcare attorney and now as a Research Coordinator in the area of cardiovascular disease, Tammi is well versed in the importance of nutrition in disease prevention and treatment and in the requirements and standards for conducting research. Tammi is married, has two children and raises Labrador retrievers.Susan Frangos is a Certified Health Counselor and is Board Certified as a Holistic Health Practitioner. Her studies focused on dietary theories from both the eastern and the western worlds. Susan’s background includes running a successful restaurant in the Gold Coast area of Chicago. Her mission is to guide and empower each individual through education, nutrition and lifestyle changes to a life of health and vitality.Dr. Anthony Petrone, DC, is a Chiropractor at Community Health and Rehabilitationin Hoffman Estates. He uses a ‘whole person approach’ to wellness by looking for theunderlying causes of a problem and guiding patients to whatever intervention andlifestyle adjustment will best optimize their health.
