The Notre Dame MBA Association invites students, alumni and the public to the fifth annual Notre Dame Diversity Conference, on campus on March 23-24. This year's conference centers on the theme “Capitalizing on Differences: What do You Bring to the Table?” and will feature the following events and speakers:

  • Senior executives from several organizations, including General Electric, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Coca-Cola, will speak about the importance of diversity in their organizations and how it influences business decisions.
  • A panel of representatives from the Kellogg Company, Skanska, Chase, Exelon and The Summers Group will discuss what "differences" mean in the workplace, the role of differences in organizational change and challenges of integrating a diverse organization.
  • Keynote speaker Marv Russell will speak about the importance of diversity in hiring practices. A middle linebacker, Marvin was a member of the university’s 1973 National Championship Team. He has led a remarkably diverse and successful global human resources career and is author of Linebacker in the Boardroom.
