Latina Equal Pay Day (December 8, 2022) is a day to acknowledge the pay gap that Latina women face in the United States. Latinas who work full-time and year-round, earn .57 cents for every dollar paid to a white, non-Hispanic man. December 8th symbolizes how far into the year Latinas must work to make a white man’s yearly earnings (Equal Rights Advocates, 2022).
Join HispanicPro - The Hispanic Professional Network, subject matter experts and corporate leaders for lively panel discussions and a networking reception on this symbolic day for Latinas.
