As vice president of business development, Arlene Villarin-Nalbandian is dedicated to bringing awareness of the SBA 504 loan program to lenders, brokers and small business clients throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area.
Arlene joins TMC with over 30 years of experience in financial services. As a prior SBA business development officer for large banks, such as Bank of America and Wells Fargo, Arlene brings with her a wealth of knowledge on the first mortgage processes. She’s an advocate for small business, guiding entrepreneurs with start-ups, expansions, acquisitions, ground up construction and commercial real estate purchases.
Arlene is a Los Angeles native with deep seated roots and dedicated to serving the true small business community. She’s an avid reader, sings in a choir and volunteers at various non-profit organizations. Arlene graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University in Brentwood, CA with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish.
What is your current career title or dream job?
I am the North Los Angeles VP, Business Development Officer for TMC Financing, the #1 CDC in the nation. I have my dream job! I get to help small businesses acquire wealth through commercial real estate ownership while meeting great partners, referral sources and having fun!
