Background/Education/Experience
I have extensive experience in various forms of the technology field. Currently I am a Contracts Counsel & Manager for OpenExchange, the leading provider of videoconferencing solutions for the financial services industry. Previously I was a Contracts Manager at Pratt & Whitney where I supported our Commercial Engines team implement contracts with our airline customers. Previously at Collins Aerospace I assisted procurement teams by conducting contract terms and conditions negotiations with suppliers and assisted our Supply Chain Compliance team comply with Federal Acquisition Regulations. Not only do I have extensive experience reducing legal/compliance risks, but also in helping to achieve a competitive advantage by improved policies and gaining more favorable contracts. For my efforts and results I have received numerous work related recognition and awards.
I obtained my J.D and M.B.A from The University of Wisconsin-Madison. Previously I obtained by BA in Political Science from Florida International University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. During my studies I received numerous prestigious scholarships including the Florida Bright Futures, various University of Wisconsin Law School scholarships, and the Consortium for the Graduate Study of Management Fellowship.

I am especially passionate about people and serving my community. I am a Board Member with 360 Federal Credit Union and I am part of the University of Dallas Executives on Campus Program. Previously I served as a President of the Connecticut Chapter of Prospanica, Board Member of the United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut and the Chair of it's Emerging Leader's Society. I also served as the Chair of the Collins Aerospace Hispanic Leadership Forum. For my efforts I have been recognized as the 2019 Corporate Volunteer of the Year by the Hartford Business Journal, 2019 Connecticut Magazine 40 Under 40, 2018 Hartford Business Journal 40 Under 40, 2018 Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's Hartford's Finest Class, and the 2016 Prospanica Connecticut Member of the Year Award.
