I am proud to formally announce my position as Campaign Manager for 2nd Ward Aldermanic Candidate, Enrique G. Perez). As campaign manager I make a commitment to run a fair and honest race that is responsive to all of the people of the 2nd Ward. Let’s work together to improve our neighborhoods and communities. There is a better way! Vote Enrique G. Perez on February 22.
One key point in his campaign about bringing better city services to the people without raising costs will be to more effectively utilize the services that are already in the budget. At some point - not now because we have too much else to do - I would like to break down the available city services and match them to geography (i.e. section of the ward) where they are most needed. For example, the EHAP service might be more needed in the West Side than in the South Loop.
