My name is Antonio Cardona. I serve as the EEO/AA Officer at NJDEP where I conduct EEO investigations and work on special cultural programs such as Black History and Honoring Veterans
When I am not working at NJDEP, I routinely teach at FDU’s Executive MPA. At FDU I have taught: Transportation National Security, Organizational Development-Leadership, Human Resources Management, and Non-Profit Organizations. For Rutgers University, I taught a number of courses to aimed for NJ State Government, notably: Problem Solving and Strategic Management. At Rider University I taught Management of Business Diversity.
